We spend many hours taking photos and describing all lots presented for auction, but in addition please do your own research and use personal knowledge before bidding as you are the final judge of each items condition, authenticity, and true value. - Auction lots will begin to close on [Saturday 10/24/2020 @ 3pm CT] with another lot soft closing every 30 seconds. Bidding will be extended on lots for 2 minutes if anyone bids on that lot within the last 2 minutes of its closing. We will help when possible, but cannot guarantee enough people will be free to help everyone at pickup time. It is the winning bidder’s responsibility to safely remove all items won and not damage any property or surrounding structures upon pickup. Schneider Family Auction is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur to winning bidders upon pickup of items won. Shipping & Handling Policy: - Bulk items and furniture should be considered pickup only. - We only ship via USPS Priority Mail to the address on file when registered. - Items purchased outside of Missouri, and items not picked up will be considered as a shipping customer. - Our Handling fee is $5.00 per box being shipped. We will combine multiple lots/items into the same box as possible while ensuring all items are packed and arrive safely. - Amount charged by USPS and Handling fees will be charged to the card on file and an updated settlement link will be emailed separately within 5 business days of items being paid. - All items shipped will be insured and any claims necessary will be between winning bidder and USPS. - Bidders outside Missouri will automatically be setup as shipping customers and we can only ship to the address on file when registered. - Items not picked up by local bidders on scheduled pickup day/time will be considered abandoned property unless shipping is requested or we have come to an special pickup agreement. Abandoned property will be disposed of or put back into inventory for future auctions with the possibility of bidder not being approved to bid in future auctions. Online Bidding: All bidders must complete online registration with a verified credit/debit card and must be at least 18 years of age in order to bid in this auction.
